Overview
The KCLAut is an SMM platform built to boost online visibility, but its interface was holding it back. The goal of the redesign was to give the platform a modern, cohesive, and scalable interface that enhances user trust and usability.

The Challenge
The original Kclaut platform had an outdated and inconsistent interface that no longer aligned with the brand’s vision or user expectations. The UI felt cluttered, the user flow was unintuitive. The client approached me for a full redesign of both the marketing website and the web application. Their key goals were to modernize the entire system, introduce both light and dark modes, and create a sleek, scalable design that would deliver a more intuitive experience across all devices.
The Solution
The redesign covered the entire Kclaut ecosystem, including the marketing website and the full web application. Every screen, flow, and interaction was rebuilt from the ground up to create a modern, scalable system that aligned with the brand’s vision. This included new layouts for key sections such as the landing page, services, blog, and all screens of the web application.
Redesigning the Web Application
The core application was reimagined to simplify tasks and reduce friction in the ordering and management experience.
All modules were redesigned which included:
Dashboard
Order System (Single Order, Bulk Order, Mass Order)
Child Panel Management
User Profile
Transaction & Activity Screens
and so on.
Complex actions were reorganized into smoother, more intuitive flows, resulting in a much clearer and more predictable experience.
Modern Visual System with Light and Dark Modes
A new visual direction was established through the introduction of both light and dark themes. Each component was redesigned to function consistently across both modes, with careful attention to contrast, accessibility, spacing, and visual hierarchy. This ensured the experience felt sleek and cohesive regardless of the chosen theme.
Both themes were designed from scratch and tested for:
Color contrast
Accessible type hierarchy
Component consistency
Brand alignment
Fully Responsive Experience
Layouts were optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop. This included:
Adaptive typography
Collapsible menus
Reflowing grid systems
Simplified UI patterns for smaller screens
This made Kclaut usable and visually consistent across all device sizes.
The Result
The redesign brought a more cohesive and modern identity to thekclaut. Both the website and web app are now easier to navigate, responsive across devices, and better aligned with user expectations. Though final launch metrics are still being tracked, the visual consistency, streamlined flows, and dark/light mode support have drastically improved usability. What I learned: This project reinforced the importance of building flexible systems early and designing with scalability in mind. Balancing aesthetics with usability was a challenge that shaped my design thinking significantly.
